Link ("we", "us", "the App") is operated by MDS Vision Private Limited, and connects users with hosts for paid voice calls and chat. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: phone number (used to sign in via OTP), display name, gender.
• Host information: voice intro recording, spoken languages, and — for withdrawal payouts — bank account holder name, account number, and IFSC code.
• Usage information: call and chat history (who you called/messaged, duration, coins spent or earned), coin balance and purchase history.
• Device information: a push-notification token (FCM) used to alert you of incoming calls.

How we use this information

• To operate the calling and chat features, including billing coins per minute of call time and per chat message.
• To verify host identity and process withdrawal payouts.
• To send you notifications about incoming calls, chats, and account activity.
• To enforce our Terms & Conditions, investigate abuse, and keep the platform safe.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Bank details submitted by hosts are used solely to process withdrawal payouts and are never shared with other users.

Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You can update your display name at any time from Settings. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us using the support details below.
